Prints Detail
* Print Resolution: We print vinyls at 360 dpi in 4-color process.
* Inks: our inks are made with automotive-grade pigments designed to resist fading from direct sunlight for 2 years and also water resistant.
Type of Materials
Basically we use a vinyl mesh banner to install for side of building. If the picture is smaller than 15x15 ft., we can use solid vinyl. For the windows or very smooth surfaces like metal, we can use Self Adhesive Vinyl material.
- Standard Flex Vinyl (13 ounce, Black-backed material, Semi-gloss finish)
- Vinyl Mesh (9 ounce, 1000 denier 12x12 knit PVC coated material.)
- Self Adhesive Vinyl with Removable Adhesive (3.4 mil flexible white opaque vinyl, Removable pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive bonds well to painted metal and painted plastic)
- Self Adhesive Vinyl with Permanent Adhesive (4.0 mil flexible bright white opaque vinyl, tear and abrasion-resistance, high-tack acrylic adhesive provides a permanent bond to avariety of surfaces)
Installation
For flex vinyl and vinyl mesh materials, we use wire frame systems to
secure the picture. This system insures that a picture always has the
correct tension and prevents wrinkles from expansion in Summer and prevents shrinkage in winter.
Prices
Total costs including printing, picture and frame installation, construction
permit and other, are usually from $7 / sq. ft.- The cost depends on how big the picture is, how easy/difficult it is to install, and how high it is going to be. Please fill-out and submit a quote form below.
Note: Once the frame is installed, the cost of replacement pictures is less
expensive than initial installation costs.
Picture
We can print anything that you can photograph by cameras and also digital
graphic data. So not only photographs, but also your drawings or computer graphics can be your murals. We can also help you to find the best picture for you from our photo archive.
